Who we are

The Immeasurable LLC is a YouTube promotion company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We provide paid promotion services for businesses, brands, and content creators, promoting the videos and channels they own or are authorized to advertise through Google Ads video campaigns on YouTube.

We operate as the first-party advertiser of record on every campaign. Each campaign is created, paid for, and managed from a Google Ads account owned by The Immeasurable LLC and billed to our own payment methods — we do not access or manage any advertising account that belongs to a client. We are responsible for the setup, targeting, delivery, and policy compliance of the campaigns we run. Each client is responsible for the video they submit: they confirm that they own it or are authorized to advertise it and that it complies with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and applicable law (see “Your responsibilities” below).

We run every campaign in accordance with Google Ads policies and YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. If Google or YouTube disapproves an ad or asks us to adjust delivery, we comply.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing theimmeasurable.co, or purchasing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and The Immeasurable LLC.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or buy our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement; we do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 18.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Keep your account information accurate and complete — we may suspend or close accounts with false information, in breach of these Terms, or used for fraud.

Our services

We provide managed paid YouTube promotion. Every campaign is delivered through official Google Ads, on YouTube and Google’s video partner network. The ad formats and placements available depend on the package you choose, and our team will help you pick the best fit for your channel.

Account balance and payments

Our services run on a prepaid balance. You add funds to your account before placing an order, and campaign costs are deducted from your available balance as your campaigns run.

• Minimum deposit: $10.00
• Currency: balances are held in US Dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, your payment provider sets the conversion rate at the time of the transaction.
• Payment methods: card payments through Stripe, and cryptocurrency through Heleket.

Your account balance is money you have prepaid for advertising services. It is not a deposit account, stored value, or financial product; it earns no interest and cannot be transferred. If you have unspent funds, you can ask us to return them to the original payment method you deposited from; a payment-provider fee may apply. Once a campaign is live and ad spend has started, that portion of the budget is not refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

Campaign delivery

After your order is confirmed, your campaign goes through platform review and approval, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Delivery begins once it is approved, and completion times vary with the size and budget of your campaign.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays from platform review, platform technical issues, or events outside our control are not a breach of these Terms; we will keep you informed of any material delay.

Support

We provide campaign-related support for 7 days after delivery is complete — covering delivery disputes, metric questions, and issues arising during or shortly after delivery. After that window, campaign-specific support is no longer guaranteed.

General support — account, billing, and service questions — is available to all paying customers on an ongoing basis, by email at [email protected] and on Telegram at t.me/the_immeasurable.

Results and limitations

Advertising results depend on many factors — content quality, audience interest, targeting, platform algorithms, market conditions, and budget. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as view counts, subscriber growth, engagement, conversions, or revenue, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Advertising platforms control their own algorithms, content policies, and ad formats. Changes they make can affect a campaign’s performance, reach, or availability. We are not liable for results affected by factors outside our control.

Prohibited content

You may not use our services to promote content that breaches the content policies of any advertising platform your campaign runs through.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and platform content standards before placing an order. We may decline or cancel any campaign that, in our judgment, fails to meet those standards, without obligation to provide a detailed explanation. Refunds in these cases follow our Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information, valid content links, and correct campaign details at order time
• Confirm that you own the YouTube channel and video you submit, or that you have written authorization from the channel owner to promote that video
• Ensure the video complies with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Google Ads policies at submission and throughout the campaign, and notify us promptly of any strike, takedown, or policy action during a live campaign
• Keep the content and accounts tied to your campaigns in good standing on the relevant platforms
• Not run our services alongside other services that artificially inflate metrics, which can affect performance and void refund eligibility
• Not misrepresent your identity, content ownership, or campaign goals
• Not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt our systems or other users' accounts
• Follow the “Agencies and resellers” section below if you are ordering on behalf of someone else

Authorization to promote your video

You keep full ownership of your YouTube channel, your video, and all related content. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of your content to us.

By submitting a YouTube video URL and buying a promotion package, you authorize The Immeasurable LLC to run paid Google Ads campaigns promoting your video — including YouTube in-stream, in-feed, and Shorts ads, and ads on the YouTube and Google Display Network. This authorization covers:

• Using the submitted video as the ad creative
• Using its title, thumbnail, channel name, and channel logo as supporting brand assets in the ad
• Trimming or reformatting the video to meet Google Ads technical specifications (for example, a six-second bumper or a vertical crop for Shorts) without changing its substance
• Running the campaign for the duration, budget, and targeting of the package you chose
• Pausing, resuming, or adjusting the campaign to meet platform requirements or to deliver the package as purchased

This authorization is non-exclusive and ends automatically with your campaign. To withdraw it during the campaign, email [email protected] from the address on file. Withdrawal is prospective only: we stop new ad serving once Google Ads processes your request (typically within 24 hours), and impressions already delivered are not refundable.

The Immeasurable retains all rights in the systems, methods, and processes used to deliver our services. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in them to you.

Agencies and resellers

This section applies if you place an order on behalf of someone else — for example, an agency, freelancer, or reseller ordering for an end-client whose channel will be promoted. We call you the “Agency Customer” and the channel owner the “End-Client.”

As an Agency Customer, you confirm that:

• You hold written authorization from the End-Client to run paid promotion of the video you submit
• You have authority to bind the End-Client to these Terms
• Every representation in these Terms — ownership, authority, and platform-policy compliance — is true for the End-Client, their channel, and their video
• You will provide a copy of the End-Client’s written authorization within five business days of our request

The Agency Customer and the End-Client are jointly and severally bound by these Terms and jointly responsible for payment, content compliance, account conduct, and indemnification. We may pursue either or both of you for unpaid amounts, breach, or any indemnified claim. If the End-Client’s video, channel, or conduct breaches these Terms, the Agency Customer is in breach to the same extent.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Immeasurable LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your content, or the platforms, accounts, or materials you provide for a campaign
• Your breach of these Terms, of any law, or of a third party’s rights
• Any claim that your content infringes a third party’s intellectual property or other rights
• Any breach of your warranty that you own, or are authorized to promote, the submitted video and channel
• Any breach of your warranty that the video complies with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Google Ads policies
• Any claim by a channel owner, rights-holder, or other third party that you placed a campaign without their authorization
• Any third-party claim, regulatory action, or platform enforcement against our Google Ads accounts arising from your video, channel, or conduct
• Where you are an Agency Customer, any of the above caused by the End-Client, jointly and severally with them

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Immeasurable's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific campaign or service that the claim relates to.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, revenue, data, or business), even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence) or waives a non-waivable consumer right in your place of residence. Where local law disallows any of these limitations, our liability is limited to the greatest extent that law permits.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a payment or a campaign, contact us at [email protected] before starting a chargeback or payment dispute. We resolve most issues directly and reply within 24 hours on business days.

Starting a chargeback without contacting us first is a breach of these Terms. In that case we may suspend or close your account, charge a reasonable fee for time spent responding, and pursue available legal remedies. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable law to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank.

Dispute resolution

Before starting any legal proceeding, please contact us at [email protected] with a written description of your dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve it within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your home country or state that cannot be waived by agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for material changes affecting your rights, we will notify you by email. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, and the rest will remain in full force and effect.
