This Privacy Policy explains how The Immeasurable LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website at theimmeasurable.co or our advertising services.
Who we are
The Immeasurable LLC is a YouTube promotion company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We provide paid promotion services for businesses, brands, and content creators, promoting their videos and channels through Google Ads video campaigns. We operate as the first-party advertiser of record on every campaign, running each campaign on a Google Ads account we own and pay for ourselves.

Information we collect
Account and contact details
When you create an account or contact us, we collect your name and email address. You can add a phone number on our contact form, but it is optional.
Campaign details
When you buy a campaign, we collect the details you give us to run it — video links, targeting settings, budget, and ad-format choices. We collect only what we need to deliver the campaign.
Payment details
Payments are handled by our payment partners, Stripe and Heleket. We never store or see your card numbers, bank details, or cryptocurrency wallet information. We receive only payment confirmation: amount, currency, date, and a reference.
Usage data
Analytics tools may record your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. This is collected only after you accept analytics in our cookie banner.
Sign-in data
When you log in, a secure session keeps you signed in until you log out or after 30 days of inactivity. Your account and campaign records are stored in our database.
Messages and support records
We keep the emails, support messages, and contact-form submissions you send us, so we can respond and maintain support records.
Fraud prevention
To keep our service safe, we create an anonymous identifier in your browser on your first visit, and note standard device and browser details when you sign in. Together they help us catch automated abuse and stop the same person from claiming a welcome offer on multiple accounts.
These identifiers carry no personal information and are never sold or used to track you elsewhere. You can clear the browser identifier any time by clearing your site data for theimmeasurable.co; the device details are kept while your account is open and deleted when you close it.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Deliver the campaigns you buy and keep you updated on them
- Send transactional emails such as receipts, campaign updates, and support replies
- Send marketing emails about new services or offers; you can unsubscribe at any time, and EU/EEA users receive these only with prior consent
- Detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized activity
- Keep financial records and meet our legal obligations
- Understand aggregated, anonymized usage to improve our services

International data transfers
The Immeasurable LLC is based in the United States, where your personal data is processed. Depending on the provider, it may also be stored on cloud infrastructure in other countries.
When personal data of users in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom is transferred internationally, we rely on recognized safeguards — the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum for UK users), as well as any applicable adequacy decisions. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards we use.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as the law requires.

Your rights
European Union, EEA, and UK
If you are in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete — ask us to erase data we have no legal reason to keep
- Portability — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- Restrict — ask us to limit how we use your data in certain cases
- Object — object to processing based on our legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting earlier processing
Email [email protected] to use any of these rights, and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
California and other US states
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive information, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.
We do not sell your personal information, but we do share some data with Google’s advertising tools for cross-context advertising (see How we share). You can opt out by turning on a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser — which we honor automatically — or by emailing us at [email protected]. Residents of other US states with privacy laws have similar rights and can contact us the same way.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Data travels over encrypted HTTPS, payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processors (we never handle card data directly), and access to personal data is limited to staff who need it.
No system is ever completely secure. If a security incident is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and any relevant authority within the timeframes the law requires.
Children’s privacy
Our services are for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will also notify you by email. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
